Eric and Marcy Kantz renovated and rebranded the Meadville staple, the Body Firm into Keystone Strength. From the most extensive free weights in the area to an indoor track, locker rooms, personal training, and fitness classes, we're here to provide an environment for personal growth and motivation. We recently added a virtual golf simulator, spin room, and our newest addition the "turf room." We are also officially a 24hr gym! Stop by during our office hours and get a tour!
