• 30-minute Junior Private

  ldeal for players looking to advance from recreational golf. Can become a one-hour semi-private lesson for siblings or golf buddies. Ages 10 - 18-years

• TPI - Level 1 Assessment

  A 20-minutes physical assessment of your range of motion and core strength, using the TPI (Titleist Performance Academy) Level 1 screen. We'll discuss any previous injuries that may affect your uncontrollable shot shapes, plus your ability to control trajectory with slower, normal and faster swing speeds. For an additional $75, this assessment can include an at home, on-line workout routine (30-45-60 or 90-minutes), based on the result of your TPI assessment, to improve your physical deficiencies.

• 30 MINUTE LESSON

  Designed for focused, high-impact work on one or two specific priorities. These sessions are ideal for players who want efficient check-ins, targeted adjustments, or continued refinement between full lessons. The shorter format encourages clarity and intent, allowing us to address key pieces without overloading you with information. This option works best for golfers who already have a clear direction and want to stay on track with their development. • TRIAL LESSON

  Curious about coaching but not sure where to start? This complimentary 30-minute trial lesson is a great opportunity to meet, assess your game, and experience my coaching style firsthand. Perfect for people who are serious about taking lessons. We’ll look at your current swing, ball flight, and any physical or movement limitations that may be affecting performance. You’ll receive clear feedback, a few actionable adjustments, and a better understanding of the best path forward with lessons and for your golfing goals. Available to new students only. Limit 1 Trial Lesson per person.

• 30 MINUTE LESSON

  30min session is suitable for frequent tune-ups. Great for some quick drills, making sure everything is aligned and on the right track.

• 1 HOUR JUNIOR LESSON

  - A private lesson for one junior 15 years old or under. Lessons will be tailored to each player's skill level, whether looking to build fundamental movement patterns or prepping for tournaments. • INITIAL KINESIOLOGY ASSESSMENT

  A comprehensive 60-minute assessment evaluating mobility, stability, posture, strength, and movement patterns that may be contributing to discomfort or limiting physical performance. Includes individualized findings, exercise recommendations, and strategies to improve movement efficiency for daily activity and sport, including golf where relevant. Receipts for kinesiology services provided where eligible under extended health plans.

• 1-Hour Semi-Private (2-3 Players)

  Never used technology to analyze your swing? Get your spouse, partner or golf buddy to join and become another set of eyes, to help with your improvement curve.

• 1 HOUR LESSON - JUNIOR

  - Designed for Juniors 18 years old and younger. Lesson includes Trackman, video analysis, and practice drills. Open to beginner Juniors to advanced tournament Juniors. Includes developing fundamentals, challenges critical thinking, and inspires true passion for the game.
