Is a 1 hour golf lesson enough?

A single hour can help identify swing issues and give initial feedback, but lasting improvement usually requires multiple sessions to build muscle memory and reinforce technique over time.

How many lessons does it take to get good at golf?

It varies by player, but most instructors recommend a series of several lessons—often 4 to 8—combined with regular practice to see consistent improvement in technique and scoring.
