Open to the Public for Golf on Mondays so more people can enjoy what a group of Marion businessmen created at the Chamber of Commerce to discuss plans for a golf course and country club to honor and entertain newly elected United States President Warren G. Harding and his many distinguished guests in 1920. The original clubhouse opened in 1921. Since then, it has carried a traditional legacy for generations. Marion Country Club provides the ability for members to have simply easy access to an outstanding 18 holes of golf along with an excellent dinning experience all season long.
