Opened in August 2022, JTC Fitness Stoughton offers private gym memberships & personalized programs for various fitness or athletic goals. From weight loss, athletic performance training, or movement analysis & post-rehab recovery. JTC Fitness caters to individuals of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their health and wellness aspirations under the guidance of expert trainer John Christman. NEW and now offering the only indoor golf simulator in Stoughton! Contact John to schedule a time & for general information. JTC Fitness offers 1on 1 sessions, small group training formats, as well as memberships for clients!

    Our group training is individualized based on ability level & personal goals! JTC Fit's unique group training program allows people to work in a group setting while following a program specifically designed to each client's personal goals, helping them move & feel better!

  • Large Group Flexibility/Mobility/Pliability

    If tightness and muscle soreness are interfering with your life, or need help to get recovery work in each week. Our group sessions coach individual's how to help improve recovery through myofascial release techniques, and movements that promote improved flexibility, mobility, & pliability.
