Is it worth paying for golf lessons?

Yes, for most golfers—especially beginners and those plateauing. Professional instruction helps correct fundamentals faster, prevents bad habits, and often accelerates improvement more efficiently than self-teaching alone.

What is the 90% rule in golf?

The 90% rule generally suggests hitting clubs conservatively at about 90% effort rather than full power, improving control, consistency, and accuracy over maximum-distance swings.
