• Golf Mental Game Schools

  Weekend schools, limited to 4 players. In 15 hours you will spend 2.5 hours on the range and 4 hours on the course. The Mental Game Builder Package is included in the price and should be completed before attending the school. You will get to use the Mind Meter Friday night and on the range and course. You will activate and use the Online Coaching System during the school. Topics covered include: mental preparation before the round, course management, your mental pre-shot routine, post shot recovery, thought control, optimum arousal and control, hydration and nutrition for performance, mental goals for play and outcome goals for motivation and direction. You will be a better player on Sunday. Many students compete on Monday and do well, some best ever!

• Mind Meter Pro

  BioFeedBack Device that indicates whether you are in the right place or the wrong place mentally while playing golf shots. It judges your pattern of respiratory sinus arrhythmia and indicates when it is good or not. Good RSA is indicative of right brained athletic acting without anxiety or stress about performance or outcome of the shot. Video recording of the Mind Meter numbers captures this data for immediate playback or downloading to an archive. Alarm function with tone or vibration will enable you to use it by yourself on the range and course. When you exceed the set number the alarm is triggered. Fantastic tool for coaching to find your optimum performance zones and to overcome conditioning of fear or yips.
