- Many golfers find lessons worthwhile since structured instruction speeds up improvement, corrects bad habits, and provides personalized feedback that's hard to gain through solo practice alone.
- What is the 90% rule in golf?
- The 90% rule generally suggests focusing practice time on short game and putting, since these shots make up roughly 90% of strokes in a typical round.
- What is the 80/20 rule in golf?
- The 80/20 rule suggests about 80% of practice time should go toward short game (putting, chipping) since it accounts for the majority of scoring, with 20% on full swing.
