Gil Davis is a distinguished golf instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. Since May 2024, Gil has been based at Stony Creek Golf Course, where he continues to help students improve their game through personalized instruction. In addition to in-person lessons, Gil actively teaches online using CoachNow, a state-of-the-art video locker and analysis system that allows students to receive feedback from anywhere. Gil’s excellence in coaching has been widely recognized. He was voted the "Best Golf Instructor in Chicago" for 2022 and has been ranked by the African American Golfer's Digest as one of the "Top African American Instructors in the Country."
