FYX Sports Training

We train everyone from general population, personal training, surgery recovery, to athletes of all sports in our top-of-the-line sports facility. Our facility is equipped with a 25x10-yard turf field, an Olympic-lifting weight room, and an athletic training/recovery room to manage and treat injuries and keep out athletes competing. We offer personal training services, group fitness classes, strength training and coaching, speed, agility, & quickness training, and vertical jump training. Our team consists of certified strength coaches, personal trainers, Muscle Activation Therapist, a board certified athletic trainer, and physical therapist from ProActice Alliance.
