Is a 1 hour golf lesson enough?

A one-hour lesson can be enough to address a specific issue or introduce a new concept, but consistent improvement usually requires multiple sessions plus practice between lessons.

How many golf lessons should a beginner take?

Beginners often benefit from 4–6 initial lessons to build fundamentals like grip, stance, and swing basics, followed by ongoing lessons as skills develop.

Do I tip a golf pro for lessons?

Tipping isn't required but is a nice gesture for excellent instruction, especially at resorts; many students tip 15–20% or give a small cash gift for extended packages.
