Construction began on Desert Sands Golf Course in 1968. The first nine holes were completed in 1969 and the second nine holes were finished in 1970. The course design has not changed much since its inception. The eighteen holes along with a newly remodeled driving range and practice area are spread over 79 acres. The course is a challenging par 65 with 4029 yards of fairways. You'll love our hospitality, you'll be challenged by our greens and you can grab a bite after your game at our Oasis Grill. Don't forget to visit our Pro Shop for all of your golfing needs. Make Desert Sands Golf Course your desert Oasis!
Programs & approach
GeneratedDesert Sands Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-65 executive course featuring a shorter 4,029-yard layout with flat, walkable fairways and sloped "turtleback" greens that reward precise approach shots. Water hazards and scattered bunkers come into play on several holes. The facility includes a driving range, practice putting green, and chipping area, making it suited to beginners or golfers looking to sharpen their short game.
