I believe in the American Developmental Model and the “part to whole method” of building and improving golf swings. Each lesson typically focuses on one “part” of the swing so that once it’s mastered, it becomes part of the “whole” swing. Using this method is effective and keeps the student from being overwhelmed with too many thoughts at one time.
