Louis Sauer Founder After graduating from the Professional Golf Management program at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, Louis played a number of years on mini-tours. He had the good fortune of working for and studying under world-renowned golf instructor, Jim McLean, and soon became a Lead/Master Instructor for the Jim McLean Golf School, the number one golf school in the world. He also trained with other top golf instructors: Butch Harmon, Hank Haney, Mike Adams, Phil Rogers, and Carl Welty. With a desire to improve his own skills and teach at the highest possible level. Louis obtained certifications from the C.H.E.K Institute for golf performance, Golf Psych, and Zen golf.

SMART Golf & Fitness Instruction is Chicagoland's premier club for golf and fitness. Members receive personalized golf instruction that is goal-driven and geared towards long-term improvement. Each hitting bay is equipped with Trackman radar and state-of-the-art high speed cameras. Members receive immediate and accurate feedback both during a lesson and while practicing on their own. SMART Golf & Fitness also features a world class gym, where members receive personal training from a team of fitness professionals, who specialize in the golf swing and functional movement. Memberships are inclusive of both golf instruction and fitness training, and also offer unlimited access to the gym and golf simulator practice time.
