Golf schools & lessons in Amherst, VA

Dick Mast Golf Academy in Virginia is a golf school providing golf lessons & instruction from a PGA professional. The golf swing is complex, but to play the game well, you need to keep it as simple as possible! This is best achieved by working on basic swing motion, along with certain fundamentals such as grip, alignment, stance and posture. An experienced teacher will build upon these and evaluate the student’s body build, flexibility and temperament. The teacher will take into account the student’s learning style. You can teach the golf swing or you can teach how to play golf. An instructor needs to be able to teach both and a good one will. The best instructors customize each lesson to fit the student.
