The Garrison Golf and Curling Club (GG&CC) is located on Red Patch Ave on the McNaughton side of the Canadian Forces Base in Kingston. Established in 1961 as a curling and recreational facility, the club served as a seasonal outlet until a 9-hole golf course was added in 1971. In 1985, the GG&CC opened an additional 9 holes and with a major renovation to the Clubhouse in 1993, now serves as the predominant recreational outlet at CFB Kingston. The club, along with its curling and golf functions, serves the military community as an all ranks facility. Catering for small and large parties, plus a year round lunch service, combined with a modern clubhouse, bar, locker rooms and handicap facilities make the GG&CC a favourite destination.
