Birdie Builders is a specialty golf training facility focusing on player fitness and performance. Each player is assessed to determine their mobility, power production, balance, and coordination scores. Video swing analysis on our simulator and launch monitor data are used along with physical assessment to design a player-specific training program. Exercises and drills are selectively designed to improve a golfers range of motion, swing speed, consistency, and ball striking. Dr. Tim Gould conducts all assessments and personal training sessions, helping golfers attain a swing that meets on-course goals and one that avoids injury and pain.
